Four days and three nights that include opt-in meditation, yoga, sound baths with add-ons of massage and reiki healing sessions available. Leisurely trail walks, slow lake kayaking, resting in hammocks, listening to dozens of bird species or the nightly owls round out your stay. All meals and accommodations provided.

This immersive experience blends mindful practices, light facilitation, and immersion in three distinct ecosystems (meadow, woods, and wetlands) to help you reset, decompress, and return home with clarity and calm.
Your booking secures your place at the gathering, all meals and your chosen lodging, whether that is one of our studio cabins or a glamping tent. It also includes full access to our 80-acre property and private lake. Depending on the specific retreat, optional add-ons like massage or reiki treatments may be available as part of the available activities.
We do not provide Wi-Fi, and cell service is very limited on the property. We consider this disconnection a healthy part of your digital detoxes. We encourage you to fully embrace the absence of notifications and let the natural landscape draw you in. Remember our philosophy: everything you need and nothing you don’t.
We understand that plans change. We offer a 100% refund if you cancel your booking 30 days in advance, and a 50% refund if you cancel two weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks before your arrival. Please note that a $25 processing fee will be deducted from any refunds issued.
