We first learned about Clay Bowers through a foraging group on Facebook.  Then we took one of his classes and were blown away by his knowledge and friendly teaching style.  We were sold!  A little more about Clay… Clay Bowers is a lifelong enthusiast of the outdoors. He has been foraging for 20 years and teaching people foraging for 15 years. Along the way he has been featured in many magazines and tv shows. His passion and desire for a better world in which people interact with nature is his primary mission.  You can learn more about his work here.
