Enjoy a weekend away to finally crack open that book you’ve been eyeing. Or checkout the adorable traveling bookstore that will stop by on site with fun reading recommendations and books available to choose. All meals, hammocks and evening campfires provided. Bring your comfy pants and get ready to lose yourself in a book again. Designed for those who just want to relax and read a book, undisturbed – 3-days & 2-nights.
Time to read that book – there are no other expectations or distractions. Or find a new one when the travelling bookstore stops by to showcase new reads. Enjoy uninterrupted stretches of time, supported by quiet spaces on the land, in nature, in hammocks or lounging by the lake where there is nothing more important to do. We’ll provide coffee/tea mornings and three square meals supported by your dietary needs. Check-in early and check-out as late as you like – you can get three full days in. It’s chill here. We’re probably reading a book too.
Timing
The group is small, and the rhythm is deliberately unhurried. There are moments of shared gathering, usually around food or the fire, but much of the experience is designed so that you can move between solitude and company without explanation. No prior preparation is needed beyond bringing the books you want to spend time with.
