We created these guidelines to keep our 80 acres a quiet and undisturbed environment for everyone. Booking a stay with us means you agree to these simple terms. They are carefully designed to protect both the property and your peaceful time away from screens.
Booking Your Cabin or Cozy Camping Stay
You can easily make all reservations for our lodging and scheduled gatherings through our secure online system. Cancellations for Your Getaway
We operate with limited space to protect the quiet peace of the property. For this reason, we follow a clear cancellation policy. You receive a 100% refund if you cancel 30 days before your arrival. We offer a 50% refund if you cancel two weeks in advance. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks before your stay. A $25 processing fee applies to any refunds issued.
Enjoying the Natural Landscape
Our property is a beautifully natural environment. Walking among our many winding trails is wonderful, but the paths remain unpaved. The local wildlife is happily active, and our spring-fed lake does not have a lifeguard on duty. Every guest must complete a brief digital waiver before arriving. We kindly ask you to stay on the walking paths, fully extinguish fires in your private fire pit, and leave the environment exactly as you found it.
Preserving the Quiet of the Property
