Our Retreats
Pause the noise of everyday life. Quiet the mind. Tune into nature and regain clarity and purpose.
A Space to Unplug
A meaningful retreat is not an escape, it’s a pause.
It’s taking a break from from the daily pressures and stress, from the noise, from the news and technology overload. It’s to reground, remember who you are, and go back to life ready to engage with your whole self again.
Perhaps you are seeking a digital detox to unplug from all the noise, a wellness retreat to boost your physical and mental health, or a nature immersion experience to help you remember what’s important.
At Water & Woods, we aim to provide a safe and inclusive space, grounded in the natural world, to help you reconnect to your self and your purpose.
What To Expect
When you arrive you’ll be greeted by staff who will help you get settled in your accommodations, share the lay of the land, answer any questions you have, let you know what’s happening first and invite you to explore the space.
Whether you’re arriving for an evening meal around the campfire or rolling up during an afternoon hike through the woods, there will always be someone on hand to welcome you.
We offer light facilitation and encourage natural self-direction. Every activity is optional – there’s no pressure to participate. We encourage you to let your inner voice guide your choices.
Meals are provided and shared together. You are also free to grab a plate and wander off on your own. It’s up to you.
